At Canada Knitwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date your order is delivered. If 15 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn;
- Be in the same condition as received;
- Include original tags and packaging;
- Be free from damage, odors, stains, or alterations.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival. Canada Knitwear reserves the right to refuse returns that appear used, substituted, tampered with, or inconsistent with the original shipment records.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on approved returns within the eligible 15-day return period.
Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email address. Returns must be shipped using the provided label.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
Incorrect Items / Delivery Claims
If you believe you received an incorrect item or your order arrived with an issue, please contact us immediately with clear photos of:
- The item received;
- Packaging;
- Shipping label;
- Order details.
Orders may be photographed or video recorded during packing and fulfillment for verification, quality assurance, and fraud prevention purposes.
Returns or refund requests submitted after a disputed delivery claim, unverifiable incorrect-item claim, or suspected misuse of our return system may be denied where claims cannot reasonably be verified against our fulfillment records.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
Canada Knitwear takes abuse of our refund and return system seriously.
Canada Knitwear reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, replacements, or store credits where:
- Claims cannot be reasonably verified;
- Evidence provided conflicts with fulfillment or shipping records;
- Returned merchandise does not match the original item shipped;
- Misuse, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity is identified;
- Multiple irregular claims are associated with the same customer, address, payment method, or account.
Any attempt to obtain products or refunds through false claims, chargeback abuse, item substitution, or other deceptive practices may result in:
- Refusal of current or future service;
- Cancellation of orders;
- Denial of refund eligibility;
- Canada Knitwear providing relevant order and claim documentation to payment processors, shipping carriers, e-commerce platforms, or law enforcement in cases involving suspected fraud or abuse.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
